You may use the Codesi platform only for lawful purposes and incompliance with all applicable laws,regulations,and codes of conduct.

Any use that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the integrity or performance of the Codesi platform, other users’ experiences, or the Codesi network is prohibited.

Illegal or Harmful Content: You may not upload, share, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.

Intellectual Property Infringement: Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights (e.g., copyright, trademark, patent) is strictly prohibited. You must have the necessary rights to use and share all content on the platform.

Hate Speech and Discrimination: Codesi does not permit content that promotes or incites violence, discrimination, or hostility against individuals or groups based on race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics.

Malware and Malicious Code: You are prohibited from uploading, distributing, or linking to any viruses, trojans, worms, malware, or other harmful software intended to disrupt or damage the Codesi platform or any third-party system.

Unauthorized Access: You may not attempt to access or interfere with any accounts, systems, or data that do not belong to you. Unauthorized access, such as hacking, password mining, or circumventing security measures, is prohibited.

Data Scraping and Harvesting: Collecting information or data from the Codesi platform through automated means, such as web scraping, bots, or similar methods, is not allowed.

Phishing and Fraud: Codesi prohibits any attempts to impersonate Codesi, other users, or third parties. Engaging in fraudulent activities, including phishing, identity theft, or deceptive marketing, is strictly forbidden.

Spamming and Unsolicited Communications: Sending or distributing unsolicited communications, advertisements, promotions, or other commercial messages without permission is not allowed on the Codesi platform.

Overuse and Excessive Load: Activities that place an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Codesi’s infrastructure or network (e.g., DDoS attacks, resource-intensive scripts) are strictly prohibited.

User Privacy: You must respect the privacy and data protection rights of other users and third parties. This includes not accessing, collecting, or processing personal data without lawful consent.

Sensitive Data: Do not upload, store, or share sensitive data, such as financia health, or other confidential information, unless necessary and compliant with a relevant privacy laws and regulations.

Authorized Use Only: If you choose to integrate third-party services with the Codesi platform, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of such services complies with the terms of the third-party provider.

Liability for Third-Party Interactions: Codesi is not liable for any actions or outcomes resulting from interactions with third-party services. You are solely responsible for any consequences arising from such integrations.

Non-Infringing Content: You may only upload and share content that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use. Using third-party content without authorization is strictly prohibited.

No Reverse Engineering: You are prohibited from reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code or algorithms from Codesi’s proprietary software or systems.

Derivative Works: You may not create derivative works based on Codesi’s intellectual property without explicit permission from Codesi.

Misuse of AI-Generated Content: AI-generated content provided by Codesi’s tools should not be used in any way that is harmful, misleading, or otherwise in violation of this Policy.

Illegal or Misleading Applications: You may not use AI features to generate illegal, false, or deceptive content, or content intended to deceive others. systems.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including usernames and passwords. Sharing your account or allowing unauthorized access is prohibited.

Security Testing: You may not conduct security testing (such as penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or stress testing) on the Codesi platform without prior written authorization from Codesi.

Reporting Security Vulnerabilities: If you discover a security vulnerability within the Codesi platform, you are encouraged to report it immediately to Codesi at [email protected]and agree not to exploit it.

Legal Compliance: You are required to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws when using the Codesi platform.

Export Control and Sanctions Compliance: You may not use Codesi to engage in activities that violate export controls, trade sanctions, or other governmental restrictions. Users located in sanctioned regions are not permitted to access or use the platform.

Remedial Actions: Codesi reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of this Policy. If violations are confirmed, Codesi may take action, including but n limited to suspending or terminating your account, removing prohibited content, or notifying law enforcement.

Notification of Violations: Where feasible, Codesi will make reasonable effort notify you of any violations and allow you an opportunity to address the issues. However, Codesi retains full discretion to act immediately in cases of serious breaches or legal risks.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Codesi harmless from a claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of this Policy, including legal fees incurred by Codesi.
